Make-ready will consist of, but not be limited to: installation of pole line hardware, anchors, down guys, overhead guys, guard arms, cable arms, extension arms, bonds, vertical grounds, tree trimming and the raising & lowering of existing communications’ strands & cables in adherence to pole engineering. Cable placement will include the installation of required storage loops and placement of appropriate cable slack at all splice locations.

Lease Structure Investigation & Construction

This scope consists of verification of the existing underground facilities to determine the availability of structure for the purposes of installing new Inner-duct & cable. Work to be performed includes manhole diagrams with pictures to substantiate condition/availability of the structure, placement of new inner-duct (when necessary), placement of new cable (via pulling or blowing method).

New Underground Construction

This scope consists of installation of new underground structure for the purposes of installing new conduit & cable. Construction methods include directional drilling (“bore”), open trench, micro-trench and rock-saw. This also includes placement of all required hand-holes, vaults, manholes, restoration of the affected areas and placement of new cable (via pulling or blowing method).

Node Construction

This scope consists of placement of new poles (wood, concrete, steel, fiberglass), installation of all equipment (radios, antennas), performing sweep/PIM testing, ground testing and fiber optic testing.

Fiber & Copper Splicing and Testing

This scope consists of placement and prepping of new splice cases, prepping of existing splices cases, splicing and termination of fiber optic or copper cable. For the fiber we are utilizing the latest fusion machines. It also includes bi-directional OTDR, OPL and front end connector testing (if required).

Hub Build Outs

This scope consists of installation & labeling of new equipment, creating a pathway for placement fiber optic patch cords, place patch cords from the FDP to new MMR cabinets, testing of new connections with signal generator & site master, connecting DC power to newly installed ladder racks & equipment cabinets and bonding of new equipment/cabinets.

Maintenance & Emergency Repair

This scope consists of regularly scheduled maintenance work on the existing network as well as “24/7” on-call emergency response for repair/outages. The requisite resources will be made available to respond to any type of scope of work (i.e. aerial, lease, underground, node, network splicing, hubs, etc.)

Structured Cabling & Electrical
